RIVE MASSENA, a société par actions simplifiée (SAS – simplified joint-stock company) operating the Rive Masséna restaurant, attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended.

Mandatory fields are indicated at the point of collection. Without this information, the reservation or request cannot be processed.

Data recipients

Your data is intended for the authorised departments of RIVE MASSENA and, where applicable, for our technical sub-processors acting on our behalf:

SevenRooms, Inc. — reservation management
Google LLC — audience measurement (Analytics) and mapping (Maps)
Meta Platforms, Inc. — social media and advertising tools

Some of these providers may be located outside the European Union. In such cases, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework).

Retention period

  • Reservation data: 3 years from the last contact.
  • Contact requests: 1 year after processing.
  • Marketing / newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn or after 3 years of inactivity.
  • Cookies: see the Cookie Policy (maximum of 13 months for consent, 25 months for trackers).

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time.
